Today is National Pretzel Day plus April is National Soft Pretzel Month.  You can find some great recipes here to make your own, or just enjoy a bag of ready-made pretzels with this herb and mustard dip:

Hodgepodge Herb Pretzel Dip:  Combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1Tbs Hodgepodge Herb gourmet blend, 2tsp prepared brown mustard and 2-3tsp milk for the desired consistency.  Refrigerate overnight.

Plus here are a couple other recipes that use the same gourmet blend:

Hodgepodge Herb Cheese Pinwheels:   Combine 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 3Tbs roasted garlic and 1Tbs Hodgepodge Herb gourmet blend.    Spread onto 4 tortillas then top with fresh spinach leaves, roll up, wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least 30 mins. or overnight.  Cut into 1 inch slices.

Hodgepodge Herb Spread:  Combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 4oz grated cheddar cheese, 4oz crumbled blue cheese, 1Tbs milk and 1Tbs Hodgepodge Herb gourmet blend.  Form into a ball and chill overnight.
