Today is
National Stress Awareness Day and one of my favorites stress relievers is to brew a cup of tea, especially at the end of a long day.  This is a relaxing blend of herbs for days end and would be a great blessing gift for anyone.   It can be made with either green tea or green rooibos caffeine-free tisane depending on the preference of the recipient!

3Tbs green rooibos/green tea
2Tbs lemon balm or lemongrass
2tsp chamomile
1tsp spearmint
1tsp lavender, catnip or jasmine
1tsp lemon peel or orange peel

To Brew: Add 1Tbs to a 4-6 cup pot or 1tsp to a 6oz cup, add boiling water & steep for 5 minutes.
