TEA AT THE NIGHT SWAN

"So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do,
do it all for the glory of God
"
I Corinthians 10:31

This week a few special friends and I had the opportunity to have tea at the Night Swan Intracoastal Bed & Breakfast, owned by Betsy & Matt Baker.   It was my thank you to my friends for their special support during and after my husband’s recent hip replacement.  The teas are held at the Night Swan twice a month by reservation only.

The Night Swan is located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.  We actually spent our 43rd Anniversary there on July 31st and just loved the relaxing atmosphere, hospitality and yummy breakfast plus nite-time treats!

It has 16 guest rooms in two historic homes plus this quaint guest cottage where we spent our get-away in the Mainsail Suite.

The tea was amazing – beautiful views, lovely atmosphere and table settings and simply divine array of finger foods along with delicious hot and iced teas.  Chef Heather Harrison of The Bake Shop puts together the menu of fresh and seasonal foods that provide unique flavors plus everything is homemade from-scratch and it is apparent she loves what she does!
