HERBAL SPA

“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others,
faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.”
I Peter 4:10

My seminar today on “Herbal Spa” at Full Moon Natives & Herbs consisted of a hands-on demonstration of several herbal spa products made with lavender and green tea.

Lavender buds have a relaxing fragrance for use in herbal bath tea, facial steam, sleep pillows and herbal wraps plus lavender essential oil in the bath is soothing for sunburn or dry skin, may be used as a massage and bath oil or included in creams for burn relief and to kill bacteria. Green tea can also be used externally to destroy bacteria, soothe irritations such as sunburn & insect bites, slough off dead skin, soothe tired eyes and alleviate foot odor.
