Since yesterday was the First Day of Summer and the beginning of a lot of days spent outdoors working in and enjoying the garden, why not bless and inspire someone this month to grow something new this year, maybe a vegetable garden to help stretch finances or herbs to add a new zest to everyday meals.

Gardener’s Muscle Soak
4c old fashioned oatmeal
4c Epson salts
4c rosemary
2c thyme
2c chamomile
1c marjoram
1c calendula petals
1c spearmint
1c catnip
1c lavender
Combine and place in drawstring muslin bags. To use: place bag in 4c boiling water, steep 10 mins then add tea & bag to bath, relax and soak!
